Express Systems
The Multilayer Express meets the AR Coating needs of the smaller laboratory, group practice or Optical Superstore. The Express puts you in charge of AR coating so that the total lens manufacturing process is under your control. The Express has a capacity of six 72mm lenses and a cycle time of less than 20 minutes. Silicon and Zirconium targets are provided as the coating materials.
The Express has a small footprint 600mm wide by 680mm deep and fits easily through a normal single door frame. A dedicated chiller is supplied to provide cooling to the system. Powered by a regular 220V/110V electrical supply the Express is installed quickly .
The AR coatings are compatible with most factory thermally cured hard coats as well as some of the fast curing UV hard coatings.
